It... doesn't translate to BG3 very well, with abilities like learning languages and transport through manholes. And my skill level is limited. And mostly I kinda just wanted more rats. So here we are, my own crappy knockoff Rat King Ranger!
For the record, I added ranger subclass tags so you get some of the (very rare) ranger subclass dialog. Gloomstalker (City ranger) and Beastmaster (RATS). Not sure how these show up in practice, if it'll say the right class name or what.

The Rat Kings are the unseen guardians of the city's sewers and back alleys. They represent the primal spirit of urban sprawl, where the weak perish and the mob rule.
SUBCLASS FEATURES
Level 3: Superior Darkvision, Summon Favorite Rat (A rat companion that upgrades like a Beastmaster companion)
Level 5: Summon Swarm
Level 7: Escape the Horde (Foes get disadvantage on attacks of opportunity), Misty Step
Level 9: Rat Form (Gaseous Form... but Rat)
Level 11: Fear
FAVORITE RAT FEATURES:
Now looks more unique, like an albino rat.
Pack tactics, advantage to attack when close to an ally. FOR THE SWARM!
Doesn't block you from summoning familiars or the Swarm.
A little more crunchy now, roughly comparable to a raven.
Levels up just like a Beastmaster companion
Weak little 1 hp bite upgrades, after leveling, to the vampire rat's health-leeching bite.
Max level rat gains the cranium rat's Infectious Madness. Attackers may become confused when they target the rat.
Extremely throwable! Added in the tag Boo has that makes it not take throw damage.
REQUIREMENTS:
Compatibility Framework, soft requirement (just required for compatibility with other ranger subclasses)
THANKS:
