Replaces the starting Firebolt cantrip for Astarion, Shadowheart, and Jaheira. Multiple options available.

Made for Patch 5 - Hotfix 17, working with Patch 7
Replaces the starting cantrips for Astarion, Jaheira, and Shadowheart with ones that suit them a little better. All of them get Firebolt in the vanilla game, which is just the default for elves and half-elves, and that's a little boring. This mod gives them each a unique starting cantrip, without affecting any other characters—Friends for Astarion, Minor Illusion for Shadowheart, and Blade Ward for Jaheira.
Or, if you'd like a little chaos, the Vicious Mockery files will replace each character's Firebolt cantrip with Vicious Mockery. The Vicious Mockery files require my All Cantrips for High and Half Elves mod, but it's not necessary for any other files. Feel free to mix and match between the Vicious Mockery files and the regular mod files, by the way! Just make sure you have All Cantrips for High and Half Elves installed if you have any of the Vicious Mockery files installed as well.
By the way, the mod won't apply to a save retroactively, but it can be added mid-game, as long as you haven't recruited them yet (which includes the Nautiloid for Shadowheart). The mod works by creating unique default settings for their starting cantrips, which apply when you recruit them. It won't replace any of their spells or change any defaults for anyone else.
Install using BG3 Mod Manager, and enjoy!
