Currently boots of Psionic Movement only apply passive Flying Strike to Fly Action given by Fly Spell.
This mod change the boots to apply Flying Strike to:
Mind Flayer Levitate (eat that tadpole)
Tempestuous Magic: Flight
Normal Fly (vanilla behavior)
Now Bae Zel will deal emotional damage whenever she fly to someone
