Two options:
Tattoo collection - replacer: will replace all tattoos in the game
Tattoo collection - Unique Tav: replace only the tattoo for your character (Unique Tav is required to install!)
You can also find makeup based on these tattoos in the optional files. Mix it up, get unusual results!
Installation:
Extract the contents of the zip ("Generated" folder) into your Data folder (disk:\steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data)

If the tattoos don't show up on the Unique Tav version, that's not my mod's problem! It's just a texture that will work anyway. New patches cannot break this. Make sure you have the latest version of Unique Tav and its requirements, and also check if your heads are compatible with it.
