Adds the Petty Homebrew feat which gives you +1 Charisma, learn Vicious Mockery: Charisma and gain Vicious Mockery: Charisma as a reaction. (Optional - Disadvantage Version)

As stated on DnD Wiki:
Petty Feat
Prerequisites: Charisma 13 or higher
- Your Charisma score increases by 1, up to a maximum of 20.
- You learn Vicious Mockery (if you do not already know it). Charisma is your spellcasting modifier for this spell.
- When a creature within 30 feet fails an attack roll, you may cast Vicious Mockery on them as a reaction. You may use this part of Quick-witted a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, recharging at the end of a long rest
I was able to implement almost everything, I changed a few things for this feat. You learn a new version of Vicious Mockery using your CHA as your spellcasting modifier instead of replacing the current Vicious Mockery in game. I also changed the reaction range to 18m (roughly 60ft) just like the in game spell. I hope you all enjoy my adaptation of this feat and the "flavor" text iv used to give it character!
There is an optional version of the feat when you miss with Vicious Mockery you gain Stage Fright reducing your AC and Saving Throws by -2 for 1 turn.
Update 1.5
- Now uses cantrip scaling - Starting with 1d4 and increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4)
- Now scales your Mocking Dice resource with proficiency bonus instead of player level. Thanks to shannon97
- Added a new optional version, Due to game limitations the Vicious Mockery: Charisma is missing the voice lines. The new version replaces the Vicious Mockery: Charisma with the default Vicious Mockery. This version is unable to have Stage Fright, it will also have the default damage scaling (No Charisma Modifier)
- Updated the name, Now listed as "Petty" instead of "Petty 5e" when selecting your Feat for more immersion
(This is a passive that is just there for "Flavor" - You will only get +1 Charisma and not +2)
