"Eladrin are elves native to the Feywild, a realm of beauty, unpredictable emotion, and boundless magic. An eladrin is associated with one of the four seasons and has colouration reminiscent of that season, which can also affect the eladrin's mood."
This mod adds eladrin as a playable elven subrace. Because it is a subrace and not a new race entirely, it should be compatible with cosmetic mods that add new heads, hair, etc. without issue! In fact, I strongly recommend this head mod I made to go with it (shown in the cover image).
Along with the inherited general elf traits, eladrin have the following:
- Fey Step - As a bonus action, teleport to an unoccupied space you can see. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. When you reach 3rd level, your Fey Step gains an additional effect based on your season:[/li]
- Autumn - Charm and teleport to an enemy.
- Winter - Frighten and teleport to an enemy.
- Spring - Teleport yourself in the place of another person you can see.
- Summer - Deal fire damage and teleport to an enemy.
- Trance - When you reach 3rd level, you can change your season once per long rest.
As a bonus, this mod also includes four reusable seasonal dyes for your armour/clothing! They will be in your inventory when you start the game.
