This should scale the DC on the freezing effect based on your spell save DC regardless of how you applied it to the enemy.
Installation:
Put the pak file in the mods folder like with almost any other BG3 mod. If you don't already have it, get the BG3 mod fixer so mods don't break the game: https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/141 edit: No longer required as of patch 7.
