It's exactly as it says on the tin, this is a modders resource for creating texture maps for use in BG3. Currently supports both humanoid skin and armour. The download comes with the shaders themselves, export presets, and project templates. It also contains a guide with installation instructions and general use information, as well as a collection of skin presets taken straight form the game for you to use.
If you would like to get started editing skin textures for BG3 but don't have access to Substance Painter, feel free to check out Volno's Texture Toolbox! Which is a collection of tools and shaders aimed to help you edit textures inside of Blender.
