About this mod
Adds Gortash's robes, boots, and a cloned version of his gauntlets with the endgame script removed to the tutorial chest.
- Permissions and credits
The mod is a little more complex than I initially intended, because Gortash's vanilla gauntlets contain a script that trigger a cutscene and the advancement of a quest when picked up, which is obviously gamebreaking. To circumvent this, I created an exact duplicate of the gauntlets with the script removed, they are identical in appearance and stats, but can be picked up and equipped freely at any point in the game, which was my goal as I wanted to wear the whole set early on with my Warlock. If anybody else wanted to wear this set without messing up the early game, this mod is for you.
Installation:
Best way I have found to get mods working is to drag and drop the .pak into your Appdata Mods folder, and then activate the mod in the latest version of the BG3 Mod Manager. I personally haven't been able to get mods working using the 'Import' function in the mod manager, and don't use Vortex, so YMMV, I know installation can be a little touch and go at times.
You will also need the Full Release Mod Fixer for any mod in this game, so make sure that is in your mod folder first.
Getting the Gear after the Nautiloid:
If you have already left the Nautiloid and want these items, you will need to download the Tutorial Chest Summoning mod. This mod is designed to work with the summoned chest and any other mods that add items to it, thanks to the merge function in the treasure table.

Big thanks to AnteMaxx for the Sample Equipment Mod, I learnt how to create this mod entirely by messing around with the files contained in there to learn how to structure a mod.
