--Requirements--
You will need Norbytes Script Extender from either NexusMods or Github and enable the console via the ScriptExtenderSettings.json.
If you do not have the console enabled yet, you can also use the ScriptExtenderSettings.json provided in this mod.
The txt file contains the same commands as below, so you do not necessarily need to download it.



--How to use--
Once you have loaded the save where Jaheira died, enter the following commands in the console which should open once you start BG3:

That should resurrect Jaheira while also allowing interaction with her again, making it possible for her to join your party later. I tested this in my playthrough and had no problems with it. Still, I cannot guarantee anything, so use at your own risk.



--FAQ---
Q: I can talk to Jaheira but can not recruit her since my companions are otherwise engaged. How can I fix this?

A: If you are not able to exchange Jaheira with another squad member and are getting the message: "Your Companion is otherwise engaged..."
-> Go back to the entrance of Moonrise Towers where the map does not shine red anymore. Then send one squad member away and go back to Jaheira and recruit her.

Q: Can I try this with companion xy?

A: If you want to try the same with other companions, you can find all the companion IDs in the mod description here. Just swap Jaheira's ID with the one of the companion you want to resurrect instead. Keep in mind that character deaths related to ingame scripted events or those you didn't recruit in the first place (e.g. Gale), can probably not be fixed by this method. If you still want to try it, make sure to backup your save before.

Companions that can't be fixed with this method:
- Gale (if you failed to pull him out of the portal)

--Possible Bugs--

1. Dialogue being stuck
Although you should have no problems recruiting her, it is possible that Jaheira will be repeating a certain dialogue regarding Ketheric Thorm after Act 1. Due to this you might not be able to speak to her after the incident in the harper hideout (although her quest tells you to). While this is annoying, you can still do her quest by triggering the dialogue through going straight to the quest objective with her in your party (e.g. visiting Nine Fingers in the Guild Hall).
-> FIX by ArcLuna: Let Jaheira jump into a chasm or something similiar and use revivify on her. This should resolve the issue.


2. Too much progress done before resurrecting her
It is possible that this won't work in Act 3 when too much time has passed since the fight at moonrise.
