Adds a Spell, that let you apply different buffs, that are normally only available through Equipment.
You are only allowed to Add the Buffs of Equipment, that are in your Party's inventory!
This refreshed on visiting the camp.
e. g.: the Gloves of Uninhibited Kushigo are in the inventory of your part, means you are allowed to cast Kushigo’s Might on anyone.
The Buffs that can by applied / the source of the Item:
The Spell is added to anyone in the Party on Loading a Game. It has the Symbol from Helm of Balduran 
.
