Allows you to make non-lethal attacks with ranged weapons and spells.

Removes the melee restriction from non-lethal attacks, allowing you to non-lethally subdue anyone with ranged attacks and spells.
I'm well aware that this strays from 5e rules, but during my non-lethal playthrough I felt that the melee restriction was oftentimes fairly nonsensical. For me personally the melee restriction was just an additional challenge, but after seeing your rogue stab someone in the face with a dagger only for the target to immediately fall unconscious rather than die horribly, one could probably RP their way into having ranged attacks and spells be non-lethal as well.
Perhaps you weave your spell to be powerful enough to knock someone out by the impact, or aim your arrow at a body part that disables a threat rather than having it bleed out. It's a high fantasy game after all, so you're welcome to choose your own (more or less) lore-friendly reasons why you would be able to subdue your targets with arrows, bolts and spells.
INSTALLATION WITH BG3 MOD MANAGER
1.
Start BG3 Mod Manager and press the "Open Mods Folder" button on the top bar, or press Windows + R and type %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods\.
2.
Open "NonLethalRangedAttacksandSpells.zip" and place "NonLethalRangedAttacksandSpells.pak" in the Mods folder.
3.
Refresh the mod list in BG3 Mod Manager by pressing F5, and move the mod from inactive mods to active mods in the mod manager window. If you encounter any issues, try placing it further down in the load order. Make sure you use the "Public" profile.
4.
Click "Save Load Order to File" in the top bar and launch the game.
