Implementing extra attacks is a bit tricky in the real-time combat environment. What I landed on was just implementing them as add-on attacks whenever a character (who has extra attacks) lands an attack that's eligible to trigger them. Other abilities that trigger bonus attacks -- like Great Weapon Master, the Monk's bonus unarmed strike, etc -- simply add on one extra attack to this chain of attacks. Extra action points and bonus action points also add on to the chain of attacks. I recorded a few fights to show how this works.
