This removes the background fog from the game in case you don't like the effect.
Depending on the area it has a slight FPS hit since the scenery isn't partly obstructed by fog anymore and appears much clearer.
Some areas like the bog appear less atmospheric because the local fog patches stick out.
How to install:
Just put the engine.ini into your
User\[yourname]\Appdata\Local\Banishers Ghosts of New Eden\Saved\Config\Windows folder
or create an engine.ini file yourself (UE5 doesn't have a default engine.ini anymore) and add
[SystemSettings]
r.fog=0
