Install: -Drag and drop BmGame folder to your Arkham City installation folder
-Add the following line to PCGame.ini: +PlayableCharactersV2=(BaseId=0, Id=X, Name="Batman_AKTheBat", bBad=false, Mask=0)
-Replace Id=X, with bigger number then last entry for Batman skin.
Uninstall: Delete UPKs and remove the line from the PCGame.ini
