Drag and drop BmGame folder to your Arkham City installation folder
Add the following to PCGame.ini: +PlayableCharactersV2=(BaseId=3, Id=X, Name="NightWing_AKCity", bBad=false, Mask=0)
Replace Id=X, with bigger number then last entry for Nightwing
Uninstall: Delete UPKs and remove the line from the PCGame.ini
