Mod Questions - Cape Positions

Helloo I just want to say first that I have no knowledge on how to mod this game but I just want to ask some questions regarding modifying the draping cape positions

Is it possible to create an over the body cape like in the image for a suit mod?

Additionally if not, would it be possible to have an over the arms cape?

    I was actually trying to rationalize this with the view point of how would the physics engine manage it. Because I presume that the physics engine would go crazy because batmans cape in the game was designed to be over the shoulders and modifying it would mean having to fight against the premade mechanics for the cape

    But then if it is possible to create specialized armor physics like in the suit mod Injustice 2 - Batman by IceMage (https://www.nexusmods.com/batmanarkhamknight/mods/1416) wouldn't it be possible to also have specialized cape physics when draping over the suit?

      gotta think about the time that goes into that, if you want it you're most likely gonna have to commission a really good modder or find out for yourself. it took two years for the guy who made batman's cape in arkham asylum, imagine modding it without a studio behind you. it'd definitely be a passion project

      from what i've heard from modders, batman's body clips through the cape too much. though if that's the case if it still looked good in photo mode i don't think people would mind.
