Makes your smokescreens look animated and cartoonish. Highly recommended for use with cel-shaded community suits. ONLY WORKS ON UPGRADED SMOKE PELLETS.
I discovered how to make this completely by accident while trying to fix the Fear Toxin/Joker Toxin smoke pellets mod.

This mod only applies to upgraded smoke pellets, unlike the Fear Toxin/Joker Toxin smoke pellet mod, which only applies to the default gadget with no upgrades.
