Here are save files for both Steam and Epic Games versions of Batman Arkham Knight with New Game + enabled with ZERO Riddler Trophies, ZERO upgrades, ZERO AR Challenges completed... NO PROGRESS AT ALL.
I literally just booted the game and used the console cheat "UnlockNewGamePlus" and saved. Nothing more.
Inside of each zip there's a file for each of the four save slots, so you can choose the one you want/have a free slot.
DISCLAIMER: I have no idea if the game can be completed with these save files because I've just created them and am still amassing some specific mods to make my next run (which will be done using these saves) which I have no idea when it will happen (probably in March or April).
KNOW ISSUES:
1-Sometimes the game will get stuck at the Save Slot Select screen. You'll be able to hover them with the pointer, but controller will be unresponsive and you can't select any file to load. If this happens just Alt+F4 the game and open again and it will work.
Have no idea if it's something on my end or general, but every time I closed and opened the game it worked first try and now that I'm actively playing I had no more of this issue.
2-You can't get REC at ANY point of the game. Please check the POSTS section for the solution.
3-You may get a "Savefile is from a newer version" or "Corrupted Savedata" message when trying to load these saves. Again, please look at the POSTS section for the solution.
