The Original Lego Batman Mod
- Prepare Your Tools and Files
- Steam Installed: Ensure that Batman: Arkham Knight is installed via Steam.
- Mod Files: Download the desired mods from a trusted source, like Nexus Mods. Make sure the files are in a zip format.
- Open Steam and Navigate to Library
- Launch the Steam client on your computer.
- Click on the “Library” tab to view your list of games.
- Access Game Folder Location
- In your game library, find and right-click on "Batman: Arkham Knight".
- From the context menu, select “Manage” and then click on “Browse local files”. This will open the game’s installation folder.
- Locate the DLC Folder
- In the game’s installation directory, navigate to the
DLCfolder. This is where you will place your mod files. - The full path should look something like this:
Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC
- In the game’s installation directory, navigate to the
- Identify the Correct DLC Folder
- Inside the
DLCfolder, you will see several numbered subfolders. Each of these corresponds to different downloadable content. - You can choose any of these folders to place your mod, but for this example, we will use
418930.
- Inside the
- Prepare and Extract the Mod Files
- Locate the downloaded zip file containing your mod.
- Extract the contents of the zip file. You can use extraction tools like WinRAR or 7-Zip for this.
- Install the Mod
- Copy the extracted mod folder.
- Paste the copied folder into the chosen DLC folder, such as
418930.
- Verify Installation
- Ensure that the mod files are correctly placed within the DLC subfolder.
- Your mod should now be installed and ready to use.
- Launch the Game
- Return to Steam and launch Batman: Arkham Knight.
- The mod should now be active and available in your game.
