You need the season pass

installation- extract to "LegoBatmanSuitsPack" so you have a  folder with all the suits in them
put that folder into the BMgame folder of any dlc
pack installation- move the Pack#.rar to the LegoBatmanSuitsPack, and extract here

changed the arms to stay in their sockets, removed wheelchair batman's cape
Added Indiana  jones, vixen, owlman, Arkham knight Red Hood, Arkham Knight Azrael, BTAS Batman, Jango Fett,and Cad Bane,
and added all the character packs to the base files
