I wanna know Have you ever seen the rain?
So, long story short, this is a 240% save. but. unlike the other one theres one key difference: in the normal game there's rain! but how?
Well I learned the snow is only permanent if you decide to go do the dlc missions (particularly in from the snow, but i completed the others) AFTER putting the final mandatory villain (yeah the 14 most wanted missions included with the base game are the required ones to see the full ending, the season of infamy isn't required at all!) away.
If you do all the dlc BEFORE putting the final mandatory villain (in most peoples cases, that jerk the riddler) away, the rain will be permanent.
what this save is is for those that prefer the more fitting, brooding rainstorm to accompany the bat's final night. Using MR. JAGS save as a base (the up to riddler part in the save collection. go google it.)
This save is only partially rain though. when I attempted the same thing on new game +, the rogues gallery were all put away except the dlc ones. Blame Mr. Jag (kidding of course... he's pretty cool and this wouldnt exist without him.) for that. if anyone wishes to try again, be my guest. but remember in from the cold MUST be completed as soon as you get the final riddler trophy.
