A continuation of the wonderful Settlement Situation Tooltips mod. The original author manually typed out a tooltip for each individual event, which unfortunately meant that newly added events lacked a tooltip. This mod generates tooltips on the fly, and should be compatible with any and all new events. Requires mod hooks.

The original author Aurel manually typed out a tooltip for each individual event, which unfortunately meant that newly added events lacked a tooltip.
This version generates tooltips on the fly and therefore should be compatible with any and all new events. Theoretically it would even work with player created events & backgrounds.
Requires mod hooks.
Update log v2.1.0 - Add colors to every tooltip v2.0.0 - Added support for showing which backgrounds are more likely to appear for hire v1.1.0 - Added icons v1.0.1 - Fixed buying/selling prices being swapped
Known bugs It will not tell you if certain backgrounds have been made unavailable by an event. Currently the only event with this behavior is the Slave Revolt which causes Indebted to be missing. Adding this functionality would be a pain in the ass especially since there is only 1 applicable event, so I have left it out.
