A faction rework which aims to keep the exaggerated feel and aesthetic of the default game (Featuring a mish-mash of some early and late war paraphernalia), but in a more historically believable and authentic manner, such as new uniforms for the Austro-Hungarians, Ottomans, United States, etc.

Detailed screenshots of each soldier in the mod can be found here.
The projectfeatures a few retooled assets originally made by PotatoChip_28, HauptmannHK, Trek and Madicode (With permission, of course!), but mostly lots of brand new stuff from yours truly.
Some other stuff I've made that I recommend using alongside this include my Some Flags (Gives more accurate flags to factions that didn't have them) and German + British Bayonets (Adds German and British bayonets as melee weapons) mods.
This project is concurrent to my BF1914 project, and separate from Dguy454's BF1918 project, with which I have created and shared several assets for, so you'll see some cross-over or similar things here and there!
I should add that the featured images don't showcase all the changes, just some of the more noticeable ones. Every faction has at least a few new additions or alterations, I just can't showcase all of them because my computer is currently awaiting repairs so I can't play the game to capture them hah.
I also wasn't originally planning on uploading this to Nexus thanks to their new "Creative Freedom Policies" (Or lack-there-of) but they are, unfortunately, the largest mod-publishing site on the net, which forced my hand somewhat.
Currently known bugs include:
1. Broken first person textures for UK Gallipoli Medic (Currently set to use Assault First Person for the time being). 2. Turning Tides maps will randomly crash the game. Don't ask my why because I have zero idea lol. 3. Occasional infinite loading screens, but those are pretty rare.
Other than that it should all be working fine, it just seems to be Turning Tides that's utterly broken for whatever reason so yeah.
Finally, there is now also a Singleplayer counterpart to this project: 1916 - Enhanced Singleplayer. It aims to achieve the same goals as the Multiplayer project, just in the context of the Singleplayer Campaign, with some unique changes of its own. Use that mod Separately from this one, as they are incompatible with one another.
