Removal of the difficulty boosts after doing certain story contracts, and changing planet's difficulty to accommodate the removed boosts.

[MODTEK] Removed Story Difficulty Boosts and Planet Difficulty Variety:
Locks the system difficulty throughout the campaign, and changes the base difficulties for the various planets in the system, I tried to keep things relatively simple by having planets owned by factions and not independent around 3-4 while having the independent ones vary more.
INSTALLATION:
- Install the BattleTech Mod Loader from here.
- Install ModTek from here.
- Download one of the ModTek versions of this mod. (With or without contract tweaks)
- Extract the zip file to your BATTLETECH\Mods directory
[BTML] Removed Story Difficulty Boosts Only:
Using the BTML loader, locks the system difficulty throughout the campaign. This version does not require modifying the milestone files and can be uninstalled.
Additionally it fixes some of the map display and reputation issues in the original mod that couldn't be modified via the files.
INSTALLATION:
- Install the BattleTech Mod Loader from here.
- Download the BTML version of this mod.
- Extract the dll file to your BATTLETECH\Mods directory.
WARNING: If you have already installed the non-BTML version of this mod, you should revert any changes to the SimGameConstants file, and revert the changes to the milestone files. An optional download with the original milestone files is available here.
Optional Settings:
- For a better experience, edit the SimGameConstants file inside BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\simGameConstants
- Find the following variables and modify them as follows:
- Increase MaxContractsPerSystem to 6-10, which will allow more contracts to spawn on planets.
- Increase ContractRenewalPerWeek to 2, which will increase variety more often.
