    I did the same  but it took me longer. Then it happened again with the latest June 28 patch this time I solved it sooner using the method you are using -
    One mod was the problem this that prevents game loading is  Grim - Dryingx5.pak It'll be updated soon I'm sure Grim is dependable.
    [ have 45 mods working]
