Something that always bothered me when playing BioShock was how each Vita-Chamber must consume gigawatts of power with all the lightning it constantly emits, yet somehow they have all been left turned on. You would think that in a place like Rapture, most of them would have been shut down to reduce expenses.
Well, this mod fixes that. Instead of each Vita-Chamber being active by default, now each Vita-Chamber is inactive by default. You have to turn a Vita-Chamber on yourself, manually, to make use of it.
