Adds Vigors early to the loot list shortly after you meet the Luteces. This is intended for people who already played the game and want a New Game+ experience. Could also be considered cheating, but after a while of playing this game, you know how it is.
Can be uninstalled after you acquire all of them and they stay permanently in your save file.
