I'm a very old hand, tabletop wargaming since the 1960s, video gaming since the 1970s, and got my first personal computer in 1981 (a Sinclair ZX81). I was mainly active as a (fairly minor) published modder in the 1990s & early noughties. Being on the team which produced the Pike & Musket total conversion for Medieval Total War (the original game, not M2TW) is probably my proudest achievement. However, doing serious modding of more modern games is getting beyond my skills, hence (though I still occasionally dabble in mods) I tend to refer to myself on Nexus as "a very retired modder". Anyways, happy gaming everyone.
