Welcome to the Mjolnir mod for Blade and Sorcery. This mod introduces Thor's hammer from God of War Ragnarok, equipped with a set of powerful abilities that allow you to dominate the battlefield. Below is a detailed guide on how to use Mjolnir's abilities effectively.
Update 1.1 Changelog
- Added aim assist (Can be toggled and tweaked inside mods settings in Misc tab)
- Added mod options to enable/disable: Revive, Shockwave, Golem killer, Recalling, Warping, Disarming, Super throw, Flight and Aim assist
- Changed size and handling of the weapon
- Added enhanced hit strength outside of supercharged state (can be tweaked in settings in Misc tab)
- Added an option to toggle Sound effects
- Added new revive voiceline sound effect from GoW:Ragnarok (Needs to be enabled in mods settings in Sound effects tab)
- Changed the price of the weapon in shop from 5000 to 7000 currency
Weapon Abilities
- How to Use: Press the grip button to recall Mjolnir to the hand it was previously held in.
- Description: If you’ve thrown Mjolnir or dropped it during combat, use this ability to instantly retrieve it.
- How to Use: Press the skill select button two times to imbue Mjolnir with lightning.
- Description: When surrounded by multiple enemies, use the lightning imbue to enhance Mjolnir. Strong hits will create a lightning shockwave that can incapacitate and knock back nearby enemies.
- Note: Mjolnir can only be imbued with lightning, I don't know why would you want to imbue it with something else ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
- How to Use: While holding Mjolnir, hold the trigger to fly in the direction the hammer is pointing.
- Description: Use flight to quickly close the distance between you and your enemies or to reposition yourself during combat.
- How to Use: After throwing Mjolnir, press the grip and trigger simultaneously to warp to it.
- Description: This ability is useful for maintaining momentum in battle or quickly escaping dangerous situations by warping to your thrown hammer.
- How to Use: Hold down the spell select button to enter the Supercharged State.
- Description: Entering the Supercharged State automatically imbues Mjolnir with lightning (if it wasn’t already) and grants significant enhancements. While in this state, your strength increases, allowing you to easily launch enemies into the air with each hit.
Supercharged Throw
- How to Use: Simply throw Mjolnir while in the Supercharged State.
- Description: This ability extends the hammer’s throw distance, making it effective for hitting distant targets. The hammer will only stop when it hits a hard surface.
- How to Use: Strike an item held by an enemy while in the Supercharged State.
- Description: Use this ability to disarm opponents, knocking weapons or shields out of their hands, thus giving you a tactical advantage.
- How to Use: Touch a dead enemy gently while in the Supercharged State.
- How to Use: Strike the Golem boss strongly enough while in the Supercharged State.
- Description: When the ground nearby or the Golem itself is struck hard enough while in the Supercharged State, it will kill the Golem in one hit.
Installation
Extract the folder inside the .zip file inside the mods folder. (Your B&S location)\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods . If the Mods folder doesn't exist simply create it with the exact name.
Compatibility
- PCVR ONLY, I have no plans porting to Nomad.
