Adds a new T3 gesture-based skill to the lightning skill tree to strike down enemies with a lightning strike!

This simple mod adds a new T3 gesture-based skill to the lightning skill tree, called Lightning Strike.
Once the skill is activated in the skill tree, here is how you use the new skill:
Begin charging lightning in your hand, then move your hand downward with palm facing down to strike a nearby enemy with a lightning strike from above! The spell will automatically select an NPC based on the direction you are looking.
Hope you enjoy this new functionality of the lightning spell!
Inspired by the lightning strike mod by ksmoto from U12, now reimagined using the 1.0 skill tree and thunderbolt effects!
