Adds the commando droids Vibrosword from Star War the Clone Wars

Permissions and credits
Based on the commando droids Vibrosword from Star Wars Battlefront II. I couldn't find the exact dimensions of the sword so it's as close as I can get it from looking at pictures, so if ANYONE has them plz share, also model and texturing done by me.
