During the making of Kamehameha mod, I've noticed that the framework can be used to create other Ki blast in the Dragon Ball series. Here's my take on Ki Blast Barrage. I try to keep it as fateful to the anime as possible while balancing gameplay with the beefed up NPC of the other mods.
It's primarily a quick release range attack with moderate firing rate that does very low damage requiring very little mana (reason: no one ever gets seriously injured in the show by it).
You should be able to do the same moves as the anime: quick point blank shot to the body, pumping hand shots by releasing trigger after firing one fireball each hand.
Watch the video for example of usage against NPC only vulnerable to dismemberment (showing an earlier version of the mod).
