No pain, no gain. Self harm to increase yourself new abilities, and unrelenting strength. Also includes a rage potion, in case that's not your style.
Has some mod settings for you to play with. Rage at maximum value lasts 45 seconds. A rage effect goes over your screen the more rage you have. With at least 50% rage, you gain the ability to rip the limbs off of people by simply grabbing them and pulling hard enough. You can also have life steal (if the setting is turned on), scaling with how much rage you have (can be useful to heal back the HP you just took from yourself).
Also has the !!!OPTIONAL!!! value to start with self collision. Cause it makes no sense to have self collision off if you have this mod installed, unless you got it exclusively for the potion (in which case just turn off this option).
