Adds CW Flash, with a few abilities and super speed.

Since today is crisis day (April 25th 2024) i figured id release a flash mod.
Adds the Flash from the CW series.
Abilities:
Super Speed: Close both of your fists to activate a lightning aura and multiply your speed by 8 (Doesnt sound like a lot but it is.)
Lightning bolt throw: Double tap right trigger to spawn a lightning bolt in your right hand, then hit grip to throw it.
Wind Arms: Double tap and hold left trigger to equip a tornado hand to your left hand. Will push back enemies.
note that the super speed and other abilities is only available on the suit. If you just have the cowl equipped it wont work.
Known issues:
Lightning bolt aiming is a little inconsistent.
Having the flash armor on when you load a level stops the lightning particles from playing, to fix this, reequip the armor once you load a level. (No idea how to fix this unfortunately)
Your arms stretch out a bit when you have speed enabled
Holding an item makes your hands go normal speed
