A katana with the power to significantly slow down time by holding A/X. It can also generate an aura of fire around the user by holding the trigger. The aura kills anyone that goes near you. The Katana's sheath can dismember NPCs. Occasionally crashes the game, however, it can't be fixed without scripting. It can be found in the Exotics tab of the book.
