Description:
The ARF Trooper Program is a clone trooper program like the rest. I.e. ARC, Echelon Commando, ETC. The difference is, the 228th ARF Troopers were trained and under the oversite of the Program lead, ARF-3925 "Spook" who was the one also in charge of his own Company of ARFs known as Hellhound, they were the head company over the read of the ARF divisions. Because of the Hellhounds training, ARF's would utilize a variety of equipment to ensure mission success and were trained in a multitude of equipment such as the AT-RT walker, RPC-2 Rocket Launcher, life-form scanners, the C.S.E.L System, and BARC Speeders. Each ARF Trooper within Hellhound were skilled marksmen, taking out targets from a distance.

This armor's original concept was made many years ago by one of the old ARF Program Leads known as Satan.
Later that concept was taken and turned into reality by Clarkey
