This is a BIG mod, and I mean BIG, because it modifies the havok physics for every armor part in order to get better flowing physics above 30 fps.
The issue with the code change to Lance's 60 fps code I did was that I don't think it modified some havok values like cloth bend and stretch stiffness, so this remedies that and gives you much better flowing cloth physics.
