Restores Classic v1.0/1.03 loading screen on v1.09
Classic and now fast af
Tested only on CUSA03173 (GOTY edition), but it should be working on CUSA00900 aswell
You can do this yourself since it is just about duplicating and renaming a file thats already inside your root game folder.
Im also providing the file already renamed to just drop in your game folder if you prefer that way.
If you end up doing it yourself just be mindful of renaming the correct files, since there are 3 with almost the same name.
Files you need to mess with are nowloading.gfx and nowloading2.gfx. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH "nowloading.tpf.dcx"
Might be a good idea to backup on an external folder all of the 3 files, just in case you want to quickly restore them
INSTALL WITH THE PROVIDED FILE:
1 - go to your game folder and open "menu" folder
2 - backup nowloading2.gfx (just rename it with "_backup" at the end and keep it there so you wont even need to override)
3 - drop in the downloaded nowloading2.gfx file in there
4 - gg
INSTALL USING YOUR OWN GAME FILES:
1 - go to your game folder and open "menu" folder
2 - backup "nowloading2.gfx" (just rename it with "_backup" at the end and keep it there so you wont even need to override)
3 - create a copy of nowloading.gfx and rename it to nowloading2.gfx
4 - gg
UNINSTALL:
- just restore your "nowloading2.gfx" backup file
