But if you're curious, it's a small project of mine. Modified Rakuyo (Transformed) with a new moveset and weapon model. Using DS3's Abyss Watcher's animations, alongside The Farron Greatsword and Dagger for the Rakuyo.
Currently only covers the Transformed attacks of the Rakuyo. I've thought about covering the Normal attacks as well but I've got nothing concrete I've decided on for them, yet. I've covered all but the Jumping attacks/animations.

Alongside these new moves are the Farron Greatsword and Dagger, ported from DS3 as well. The models both have their own skeletons, it's not just a standard model port. They also have some minor animations to them, like a Bloodborne weapon (just rotations for the transforming animations & position for the Dagger). This means potentially new weapons with their own skeletons and animations can be done. Guns, too. I've got a few ideas in regards to firearms but nothing concrete here yet either.
I've also ported the Undead Legion set from DS3, which is just standard model swapping. I've run into issues with new character skeletons and models, so that's something on hold. There's also a matter of cloth physics. I've replaced the Yahar'gul Black Set. The Chest Piece uses the cloak, which I've recoloured to match the Undead Legion's colours.

I've also ported some sounds from other FromSoft games. These do not replace any existing sounds, they are added to a recreation of an existing sound file: sprj_smain.fsb. This file is loaded everywhere in game, and contains only a few files, so recreating it with FMOD Designer wasn't difficult. I've included more information on it in the Recreation file. This is for other modders who may wish to add their own sound slots for their own mods, instead of replacing existing sounds.
I tried doing an unused character's .FSB file first, but having their sounds work everywhere in game would require editing every single map file, and it wasn't reliable when I was doing this. Thankfully, FromSoft was merciful and made sprj_smain with only 14 sounds.

This mod was made since Bloodborne on PC has become closer recently (even though it's through emulation). The Farron Greatsword Trick Weapon was an idea I've had for a long time, and the Abyss Watchers are my favourite boss from DS3. Skeleton replacement is also something I've wanted to do, and it's something I've done for other FromSoft games. New sound slots, too. This mod is really just for fun. I've tried balancing it to not be too overpowered, since it's an Ultra Greatsword and the Abyss Watchers move and attack quickly. Since only the Transformed attacks were modified, the Normal attacks are going to be quite strong, so a Transformed Rakuyo playthrough is what I recommend. I've played through the game once with it, not using any firearms and focusing on Quality, and it was quite fun.

There are a few bugs/issues:
  • The Dodge Backward/Right anims go far quickly, and may miss. I've added a hitbox for the Dodge Right anim for the Dagger, but you still may zoom past the enemy.
  • The Dodge Forward attack may do an insane amount of damage. My best guess is because the hitbox event is long, and you may dodge and get "stuck" in an enemy (you dodge forward, do the attack and move towards the enemy, get stuck in their body, and you stay in the attack anim, doing damage). Since the hitbox is long (I've copied the Abyss Watcher TAEs), you can stack up damage really quickly with it. It only really works on large enemies (Ebrietas, Mergo's Wet Nurse, Ludwig and Orphan of Kos are bosses that it affected on my playthrough) but it's there
  • The Transform Back anim (while moving) will cut to the non-moving anim if you stop. Since they're different, the TAEs are different. It may also not transform your weapon back to normal. Just keep moving, is what I recommend
  • The Farron Greatsword/Undead Legion Set may not look as appealing as you'd like. Bloodborne has metal/shininess textures alongside regular/normals/speculars, while DS3 doesn't, so I made my own instead of reusing the specular textures. The non-metallic parts look quite "flat" in comparison. I'm going to look back at them

I recommend you use a mod like Bloodborne Enhanced to get the weapons and gear early. It's what I did in my playthrough. The stats for the Rakuyo have been changed to be the same as the Farron Greatsword, requirements included. It now requires 18 Strength and 20 Skill to use.
I've tried balancing the Armor to have higher physical defense than every other set in-game, with weaker magic/fire/gunshot defense. Some NPCs use parts of the Yahar'gul Black Set, so you'll see the armor being used by them.

This is a "beta", and may never be completed. You are free to modify, reupload, use as a reference, anything with it. I don't mind. Nothing in this mod is completed, so keep that in mind.
I played on PC with shadps4. I don't have a PS4 so I can't install this mod on one.

Also there's a vid on another weapon I've been messing around with.
