To use this mod you first have to Hex edit your BL2.exe, I reccomend using BLCMM for that.
Use the import mod function of BLCMM to get this mod working alongside your other mods.
This weapon mod is a replacement for the Bane
It aims to recreate JoJos stand, 'Star Platinum'.

While having the gun equipped all enemies are drastically slowed down as well as their projectiles.
For balancing reasons the player movement speed is also halfed.
