Unzip file contents into the game directory
to find game directory open your Steam library, right-click on the game you want to access, select "Properties", then go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Browse Local Files"
There are 2 options one for normal size HUD and one for a bigger HUD, i recommend the bigger HUD so the HUD isn't blocking your vision as much.
This does not fix the crosshairs, I recommend turning crosshairs off on the gameplay section of the games settings, the game if perfectly playable without it and personally it is more fun to use the guns sights
