Unofficial BL2 downgrader that downgrades the game version from v2.0.0 into v1.8.5 legally using binary patcher.

.NET 9.0 runtime (only if your using the non embedded version)
Usage
Make sure that you've ran BL2 at least once to prevent steam auto validating the game.
Extract the archive anywhere and run the Unofficial Borderlands 2 Downgrader executable.

Why would I downgrade
Can I use X mods
You will need to use text mods made for 1.8.5, I don't know whether SDK mods will work fine. let me know in the comments.
What's the difference between the embedded and non embedded version
They are the same thing, embedded version can be run just fine without having to install .NET 9.0 runtime at the cost of higher file size.
How do I revert back / some files failed to be patched
Verify the integrity of the game files on steam.

- Has lesser bugs (based from steam forum)
- Uses steam networking instead of gearbox's third party server
- Removes their ability to advertise BL3,BL4 and other things they decided to advertise to you in the future
- Doesn't force you to use SHIFT
- Can cross-OS play with mac/linux?
