M10 Deathless Moze with decent gear selection. Build can solo true takedown with low-to-moderate amounts of screaming.

Deathless artifact with a bloodletter are the two most important items. I wish this build could have health gate, but you trade damage for this. Cryo weapons with 150 rad anointment will work the best. Skill tree can be changed to basically any combination, works well with an infinite ammo build. The shield and grenade anointment's give an almost constant 55% damage boost, plus the 150% rad.
