Defeats Wotan the Invincible on normal mode and M4 in less than 3 minutes.

Permissions and credits
First of all I did not come up with this build myself. I saw a YouTube video by Moxsy covering this build and went ahead and started farming for this build 'enhancing' it to my own liking.

So why did I call this build Made in Heaven? You have the ability to walk faster than you would be sliding with a snowdrift relic (without using this build).

The gist of the build is you activate your action skill without targeting an enemy, immediately getting your action skill refunded, then shooting the Recursion Shotgun at 2 or more enemies and start running. Because of the Spiritual Driver you're basically able to 1 - 2 shot most enemies with this tactic. It should be noted that unless you are using the Transformer with the Shock action skill element you will be damaged by using your own action skill.
  • The Recursion is your main source of DPS. There are both a Shock/Corrosion as well as Fire/Radiation version of this weapon if you choose to match elements even though I personally am more than satisfied just using it in Shock.
  • The provided Brainstormer is for healing if the enemies are moving too fast for you to reliably hit with the Recursion and you are low on health.
  • The remaining weapons: Cutsman, Crossroads and Vosk's Deathgrip are both for Bosses and Single enemies. For the Cutsman and the Crossroads you just empty your magazine at the enemy and start running, or move in a circle around the enemy while shooting. For the Deathgrip you have to basically get into the enemies face, shoot it and run. Rinse repeat until they are dead.
  • There is both a Fire Lyuda and a Shock King's Call included if you want to farm bosses with a big crit spot if you prefer using these like I do.
  • The Recurring Hex is to both slow down enemies to make them just that little bit easier to hit with the Recursion and it serves as a secondary source of healing since it doesn't do as much damage.
  • There is a low level Rubys Wrath included for Rocket jumping.
  • There is a Snowdrift relic included in case you really want to channel your inner Enrico Pucci and move so fast you reset the universe. Or just get faster to the desired farming spot (I'm looking at you Chonk Stomp)
  • There is a Fearmonger, a Roughrider and a Knifedrain Relic included since I couldn't bother removing them before uploading this file.
  • All of the weapons have the Terror Ammo Regen annoint except for the kings call which has the Terror Additional Projectile annoint.
  • The Transformer Shield has the Terror on action skill end annoint.
  • The Hex Grenade has a additional Shock Damage on action Skill end annoint.
Update 1.1
  • Added Shock/Corrosion Kyb's Worth with edited annoint.
  • Added Shock Redistributor with edited annoint.
  • these are not too viable but I included them since I had fun with them while testing.
Update 2.0
The build got Nerfed but it still very Viable as showcased in these Videos by: Moxsy, K6 and TwoDynamic. Latter actually used my version of the build (I think he downloaded it from here) in his Video.
  • Added low level Sellout in case you want to use the shock action skill element with the Transformer.
  • Added band of sitorak shield upon request with edited terror annoint.
  • Added THE WORLD build which is a modified version of my build to more accurately fit the one showcased by Moxsy which works without any Terror annoints and instead boasts an additional fire damage% upon action skill end for the shield. All of the annoints for THE WORLD were edited since I didn't want to go farm for the annoints of a build which is in a sense just a "bonus".
  • THE WORLD also has a facepuncher and a knifedrain relic included since most of the guns are shotguns anyway and without the terror there is no ammo regen anymore.
*note THE WORLD does more damage than Made in Heaven but is a lot harder to use.
All of the above (unless said otherwise) were farmed in game and are not hacked in any way.
All in all this build took me about a week of farming across several different characters so enjoy!
