All items are in the backpack. Immediately. If there are multiple variants of an item, it is because it is using different unique parts for each variant. If you see a weird piece of loot that doesn't seem like it belongs in the backpack, it does because it is actually a unique weapon with it's own game files. Equipped gear is just random junk. You will see gear that is not implemented or legitimately attainable, either as cut content or development testing assets. If you see an Umbrage in the inventory, that is to test for Glitch/Gemstone.
Place the json save file in the Saves folder within your Exodus installation (Game folder > Binaries > Win32 > Mods > Exodus > Saves). Place the .sav file in the Save game folder (My Games > Game > WillowGame > Save Data > bunchanumbers).
If you wish to edit the various items within, please refer to juso's excellent Inventory Editor mod. It is how I constructed 99% of the items here.
