Fixes the softlock that happens when playing Balls of Snow with a high frame rate.

Play the game over 30 FPS without getting softlocked on Balls of Snow!
- Install derpy's script loader (version 9 or better) if you haven't yet.
- Merge the _derpy_script_loader folder included in the zip with yours.
