Disables Fog and Blur Outside
IMPORTANT Use the jimmy never sleeps mod to prevent blackscreen after 1 am. This should now be fixed!

By using the No Blur no Fog Project it is now possible to use 8x SGSSAA or Anti-Aliasing without much Blur!
