This mod changes the names of all the fakealike cars in the base game and DLC to their closest real life equivalent
Installation:
Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets
Before doing anything else i recommend backing up your original cars folder in case you want to revert the fakealike cars to their original names in the future
Paste the cars folder into the StreamingAssets folder and accept the request to overwrite files (this mod will ONLY overwrite the "name" text files within the folders of the fakealikes)
Removal:
If you HAVE backed up your original cars folder
Navigate to ...Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2018\cms2018_Data\StreamingAssets
Paste your original cars folder into the StreamingAssets folder and accept the request to overwrite files (this will overwrite the mod "name" text files with the original "name" text files)
If you HAVE NOT backed up your original cars folder you will have to go into the cars folder and then into every folder for the fakealike cars in turn, open the file marked name and then overtype the name with the original name (this is why you should back up the cars folder first).
