Intended for use on the Steam installation of Catan Universe. Potentially compatible with other platforms, but has not been tested or integrated.

Features:
- Unique Name Abbreviations: The mod automatically generates unique, easy-to-read abbreviations for each player's name, consisting of at least two characters. These abbreviations are displayed next to the respective player's game pieces on the board. In case of duplicate abbreviations, the mod intelligently appends extra characters or numbers to ensure each abbreviation remains distinct.
- Clear Piece Identification: By displaying unique player abbreviations next to game pieces, this mod allows colorblind players to easily identify which pieces belong to which player, even in cases where the original game colors might be indistinguishable.
- Customizable Font Size: The mod provides an option to adjust the font size of the displayed abbreviations, allowing players to select the most comfortable and easily readable size for their gameplay experience.
- Customizable Background: Enable or disable a background for the labels with a configurable boolean.
- Customizable Name Shortening: How many characters minimum would you like to show on each label? For example, if my name is Skrip and this is set to 3, you would see Skr on the labels.
- Customizable Label Clustering: Labels will cluster together depending on their distance, thus minimizing the clutter on the screen but maximizing information about the ownership of the pieces.
Installation:

- Navigate to your Catan Universe game folder (typically found at [your Steam folder]/steamapps/common/Catan Universe).
- Place the downloaded mod files into the game folder. You'll now see a new folder BepInEx, and winhttp.dll next to CatanUniverse.exe.
- Launch Catan Universe and enjoy a more accessible and enjoyable gaming experience! This mod will automatically load whenever you enter a match.
